Programs & Offerings
Leadership Calling Program
Based on the book Leadership Calling, this program will take leaders on a journey of discovering their individual purpose, finding deeper meaning and becoming more impactful in everything they put their hand to. It will enable them to create and live-out a legacy sourced in purpose across work, life and leadership.

Individual Purpose Program
This program will lead individuals through a process of discovery that uncovers and reveals individual purpose in a profound and powerful way. In addition to that, participants will connect their purpose to the work that they do and the life that they live everyday.
Now more than ever, especially as Covid becomes a memory, we are experiencing a "crisis of meaning". We need our life and our work to have underlying purpose and to be meaningful. Research done over the last few decades shows us that there is one underlying key to longer, healthier, happier, more fulfilling and more productive lives: Purpose.
The Individual Purpose Program can be done in a 1:1 or group setting and takes place across 4 weeks.
Organisational Purpose Program
The Organisational Purpose Program takes an organisation and its leaders through a facilitated 3-month journey of discovery that culminates in a clear organisational purpose, woven into organisational strategy and goals.
Research shows that when a business is clear on and lives by its purpose it is more profitable, more productive, more innovative, more competitive, grows faster, attracts and keeps the best talent, and has the highest employee engagement rates.
Purpose is like jet-fuel to organisational success. Organisations on the ASX100 with a purpose-driven, engaged culture performed 2-4x better than the index average (We Are Unity Analytics, May 2021).
Delivery Capability Review
Full assessment and associated recommendations across your end-to-end project or product delivery. This review suits any mix of traditional, agile, plan-driven, change-driven, adaptive or "homegrown" project and product delivery models.
This is a thorough review, covering people, culture, process, practices, systems and tools. The people and culture aspect of the review includes a research-based psychological safety assessment as well as an employee NPS score.
The review is conducted across 6 weeks.
Delivery Uplift Program
The Delivery Uplift Program delivers an uplift in current project or product delivery capability to align with global best practices across people, culture, process, practices, systems and tools. It brings in the best of both traditional plan-driven approaches as well as modern change-driven (agile and adaptive) delivery approaches, building a delivery model that is simultaneously safe, innovative, agile and adaptive.
The uplift program runs in increments of 3 months. Each increment acts as a "change release", improving and building capability into the end-to-end project or product delivery model.
Adaptive Delivery Training
Learn the skills, techniques, tools and mindsets needed to manage work using an agile and adaptive approach. Participants will come away with a full adaptive delivery management toolkit, as well as a playbook which can be used as a reference and continued guide. The training program is designed for those leading or working in a project, product or delivery context who seek to work in a more adaptive way.
Facilitated fully online over 8 weeks in 2-hour increments, optimising learning and practical application of knowledge while also enabling participants to genuinely work the course around their schedule. Slides and lecture are kept to a minimum. Group work, case studies, activities, games and exercises that teach and communicate the learning in an engaging and interactive way are the focus. This course is accredited with ICAgile. Upon successful completion, participants receive the ICP-APM certification.
