I’m a leadership facilitator, speaker and coach based in Auckland, New Zealand. I help leaders and organisations discover their purpose and put it to work, and I help teams work well together and deliver.

For me, infusing purpose into leadership and business is like jet fuel for success.
I’m passionate about the power of purpose in fuelling organisational success and creating leadership impact. Almost nothing will accelerate engagement, productivity, innovation, growth, impact and fulfilment like leaders and businesses operating on purpose.
I’ve worked with many of New Zealand and Australia’s leading organisations on their journey toward greater growth, profitability and productivity, across telecommunications, media, food and beverage, dairy, retail, energy, healthcare, technology, education, construction, manufacturing, government and the charity sector.
You can think of me as a wayfinder for purpose and agility in business, leadership and life. I bring the latest thinking from psychology, motivation science, neuroscience, relationship systems intelligence and philosophy to bear in practice.
I’m also writing Leadership Calling, a practical how-to for working, living and leading on purpose.
